An ambitious transformation

In the heart of the Luxembourg Ardennes, JUMBO has carried out a strategic transformation by grouping several establishments under a strong identity:  Excellence Group.

This project brought together the 4-star Hôtel Koener, the 4-star superior Boutique Hotel Clervaux and the International Hotel, thanks to a rebranding based on in-depth analysis and market research. The aim: to position Excellence as a high-end reference and promote Clervaux as a must-visit destination.

Stage 1: Consolidation and growth (2021-2024)

  • Strategic studies: in-depth analyses to define the Group's positioning and differentiation.
  • Rebranding and creation of the Excellence Group brand: unifying a diversified offering around a coherent premium identity.
  • Sales and marketing action plan (SMAP): promoting Clervaux in the leisure and business markets, contributing to a significant increase in occupancy rates, despite a complex economic context.
  • Operational professionalization:
    • Strengthening of services in key areas (hospitality, marketing, sales, MICE, RM).
    • Sustainable and profitable reorganization of F&B operations, optimizing points of sale.

Stage 2: Expansion Repositioning and moving upmarket (2025-2027)

The next phase focuses on :

  • Major renovation of assets to modernize and enhance quality.
  • Programming and costing of investments (Capex) to ensure an ambitious move upmarket.

Thanks to a strategic vision and comprehensive operational support, JUMBO has transformed the Clervaux establishments into a strong, recognized brand, while guaranteeing sustainable results and a long-term development outlook.
